My approach

From our intake phone call to our very last session together, I aim to help my clients move through surviving, healing, and all the way too thriving. In a calm office space, I utilize talk therapy to collaborate with my clients in creating a treatment plan that best suits their goals, then deep diving together towards self discovery and authenticity.
